Our Business

Our operations span multiple regions, and we recognise the potential risks of modern slavery within the complex networks of supply chains and employment practices.

Our policies reflect our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity across all business activities. ·       We evaluate potential risks of modern slavery in our operations and supply chains. 

·       Our supplier vetting process includes thorough checks to ensure compliance with anti-slavery standards.

2. Supplier Code of Conduct

·       All suppliers must adhere to our Supplier Code of Conduct, which explicitly prohibits modern slavery and human trafficking. 

·       We include clauses on ethical practices and compliance with the Modern Slavery Act in all supplier agreements.

3. Training and Awareness 

·       We provide training to employees to help them identify and address signs of modern slavery. 

·       Awareness campaigns ensure that staff at all levels are informed of their responsibilities in combating modern slavery.

4. Monitoring and Reporting

·       We conduct regular audits of high-risk areas in our operations and supply chains. 

·       A confidential whistleblowing system is in place to encourage employees to report concerns regarding unethical practices.
