We are a specialist health and social care provider dedicated to the provision of high quality care services in peoples own homes. We also provide a range of qualified nursing, mental health and HCA staff into the NHS and other private hospitals and residential establishments. We have over 40 years of experience in managing healthcare and domiciliary care services.

Our philosophy is to ‘keep it simple’ whilst working efficiently and effectively, to provide a high standard of service to all our care users.

Our service is tailored and you will always have a named co-ordinator looking after a particular customer.

Our wonderful carers are compassionate, honest, kind, empathetic, hard-working, flexible, and most importantly – passionate about caring. Each of our carers goes through a robust vetting process, is highly trained by our management team, and is directly supported in all aspects of their roles.

We're always looking for carers to join us at Primera, ideally with at least 1 year of experience, but we also welcome those looking to start their career in care.

The Primera team has years of experience in recruitment and healthcare.

Many of our team are nurses themselves and the majority of us have worked within recruitment and the local communities for more than a decade. This enables us to understand what works well and the needs of all our customers.

The management team consists of an excellent business mix of qualified nurses, experienced domiciliary care managers, and financial and education experts. This gives us the ability to provide a person centred service that guarantees quality provision whilst ensuring the business develops in a robust manner.
