Primera Healthcare employs a wide sector of staff with a range of skills. We employ Qualified nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Homecare Workers. This enables us to support various services within a health and social care setting. We supply Nurses and carers directly to the NHS, residential homes, specialist Mental Health Units as well as into people’s own homes. With our varied skill mix we are able to offer tailored services that offer consistency to our customers and service users. We understand that people’s health can fluctuate and they may need a combination of services at different times, we pride ourselves that we can offer both health and social care input which puts us in a unique position to not have to rely on external providers when people’s needs change. We ensure that when we recruit our staff we carry out rigorous checks including Police Clearances, Referencing and exploring their full work history and qualifications. We also carry out health screening and identification verifications.
